asking about goo d places to go to buy CR land

I will be going to CR this late spring. I need places to go to decide about purchaisng a small bungalow or possibly rentals .
I speak SPanish.

    Hello Cathy:
    Quepos being in Central CR has more rain than Guanacaste, a fasy growing Northwest region. Quepos has more jungle and Guanacaste has more prairie land. Both areas have excellent beaches. Playa Coco has some good investments $$ as compared to other regions. Check Playa Coco out: Playas De Las Palmas Development.
