Arco Iris at Esperanza is ideally located just off the main road into and out of town which provides easy access to the beaches to north or south of the project. Liberia International Airport is located roughly two hours north and has daily direct flights to most major American hubs. All of the units include a lockable ‘owner’s closet’ allowing them to safely store personal effects such as beach chairs, towels, clothing & surfboards, enabling owners to arrive with just the basics in your suitcase. All units will come with kitchens including refrigerator, stove, kitchen sink and breakfast bar. The main office will be equipped with laundry services so that owners do not have to purchase or maintain a washer and dryer. The idea is that the owner has a maintanence-free investment and vacation home.

Buyers can choose to decorate the units themselves with furniture, or choose from one of our furniture packages available. Adjacent to Arco Iris at Esperanza, a restaurant group from Manhattan will be making its Costa Rican debut, opening with an exciting new restaurant concept for Nosara which will include a bar, dance floor, private dining/ conference room, and with live music playing on certain nights it is sure to be the spot after the sun goes down.
